Confidentiality
All of our customers and clients are provided with signed confidentiality agreements upon working with Paramount Solutions Inc. These agreements ensure our clients that all of their business and financial information is kept private. All confidential information is held intact even if the customer and Paramount Solutions decides to part ways. We understand how important all financial information is to every business and we understand how this information should kept in safe hands.
All documentation and paperwork can remain at the owner’s business if that is the preferred method. This includes invoices, bills, checks, deposits, contracts, sales orders, purchase orders, etc. Any files that we would need to provide you with the best possible service can be sent electronically or kept on a “cloud” for both parties to have full access to.
Additionally, we can further assist our clients by keeping all accounting programs, emails, spreadsheets and other documents on a computer at their office. We can easily log in remotely to any office computer you provide us with and if need be we can physically come to your office once a week to review any accounting or reporting we’ve done. This allows us to fully operate all of the accounting functions we need to ensure our work and your business does not miss a beat.
