Director of Finance Scope of Work
Being hired as your part-time or full-time Director of Finance is a very large task and responsibility we thrive to take on. Working directly with the CEO’s of each company on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis is how we handle the importance of this role. Making sure we provide and maintain yearly budgets, monthly closings, sales forecasting, cost analysis, inventory procedures, P&L and Balance Sheets management, identify new sales opportunities, cost cutting initiatives and much more are ways we provide this comfort and stability. Analyzing and forecasting all of your business sales or services is strongly followed by looking at your business expenses and using our experience to increase profitability. Utilizing our expertise and experience with directing and managing your business finances is how we work to increase our clients overall profits of twenty percent or more each year.

The process is very simple as far as we are concerned.
